PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to voters registered on the municipal electoral roll that an election will be held and that the candidates for this election for the positions mentioned below are:

In addition, please note:

a. Early voting will take place on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from noon to 8 p.m., and on election day, Sunday, November 2, 2025, the polling station will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Advance voting and election day voting will take place at North Hatley Elementary School (110 School Street, North Hatley, J0B 2C0);

b. Considering that reminder cards were not distributed due to the postal strike, you can confirm your registration on the electoral list during normal business hours by calling 819-842-2754, extension 222, or in person at 330 Chemin de la Rivière, North Hatley;

c. If your residence is not located in the Municipality and you have registered to vote by mail, the President of Elections must receive your ballots no later than Friday, October 31, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. If you have not received your ballots, you may contact the President of Elections or his assistant to verify the conditions for obtaining them;

d. Votes will be counted on November 2, 2025, starting at 8 p.m., at North Hatley Elementary School (110 School Street, North Hatley). The results will be available on the Élections Québec website.
