It is with regret that we learn of the passing of Mr. John Rasmussen, a former City Councillor.  Mr. Rasmussen was a pillar of our community. He also volunteered with almost every organization in North Hatley. Mr. Rasmussen was 90 years old Our thoughts and sympathies are with Mr. Rasmussen’s family.
