Notice is hereby given that the three-year land evaluation role of the Municipality of Village of North Hatley, in effect for 2027-2028-2029, has been deposited on September 10, 2026, at the municipal office.  The role may be consulted at 3125 Capelton Road, North Hatley during regular business hours.

According to article 74 of the Act respecting municipal taxation, notice is also herby given that any person requesting to contest the accuracy, absence or presence of a registration on the role regarding personal property or property of another person, may do so by completing a notice of revision based on chapter I of the law.

To be eligible, a petition for revision must meet the following conditions:

• Must be deposited before May 1, 2027: (at the latest April 30, 2027);
• To be sent by registered mail or deposited in person at the following address;

• to be requested on the form provided for this purpose available at the address indicated above;
• To be accompanied by the amount of money prescribed in by-law 12-24 of the MRC Memphremagog and be applicable to the unit of evaluation pertaining to said request.
