To change the address of your file, you must send us, by mail, fax or email, a signed and dated document indicating your previous and new contact information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Door-to-Door Sales Agents<br \/>\n<\/strong>No company is authorized by the Municipality to provide any home service whatsoever. Whoever wishes to offer their services must hold a valid permit issued by the Municipality.<br \/>\nYou may at any time verify if a person has a valid permit by checking with the Municipality. We will be happy to inform you about the regulations in force.<br \/>\nFor consultation<strong> : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.northhatley.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/RU-2018-614-COLPORTAGE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Door to door sales<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tags for Dogs and Cats<br \/>\n<\/strong>Licenses for dogs and cats are due for renewal between January 15 and February 15 of each year.<br \/>\nIf you have not renewed your pet\u2019s tag, it is not too late, but we suggest you contact the SPA by telephone (819 821-4727) or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spaestrie.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online<\/a>.
