North Hatley\u2019s Parks<\/strong><\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image image=”5702″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”img_link_large” img_link_target=”_blank”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]Dreamland Park<\/strong>, at the tip of the lake, downtown at the junction of Capelton and Main streets, featuring a bandstand where concerts are presented through the summer.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image image=”6323″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”img_link_large” img_link_target=”_blank”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]River\u00a0Park<\/strong>, next to the municipal parking lot, with summer playground equipment, a skating rink in the winter, and home to the farmers\u2019 market from June to October.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image image=”6319″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”img_link_large” img_link_target=”_blank”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]Veterans\u2019\u00a0Park<\/strong>, across from the Post Office and LeBaron\u2019s store, where a Remembrance Day service is held in November .[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”img_link_large” img_link_target=”_blank”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]Pleasant View Beach Park<\/strong>, at 2070 ch. du Lac, which comprises the public beach,\u00a0 swimming and sailing lessons, a green picnic area, and tennis courts across the street.<\/p>\n

Accessing Pleasant View Beach Park when the beach is not in operation<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/h5>\n

Pleasant View Beach Park is locked when the beach is unsupervised. \u00a0Anyone who wishes to have access to the park when the beach is unsupervised may procure an electronic transponder key which will allow them to enter the park.<\/p>\n

In order to use this new service, individuals will be required to sign a letter of agreement and to pay an initial refundable deposit of $20.00 for the key.<\/p>\n

Should a key be damaged, lost, stolen or misplaced, it will be deactivated and the key holder will be required to pay a fee of $20.00 for a replacement. \u00a0Anyone who wishes to have an access key will need to bring the following to the town hall office :<\/p>\n
